Delivery & Returns Policy
Niquesa Jewellers Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Niquesa”, “we” or “us”) Delivery and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through www.niquesafinejewellery.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and shall be deemed as incorporated in the Terms and Conditions.
Deliveries of orders placed through the Website will be made to United Kingdom addresses only. For deliveries of products to be addressed outside the United Kingdom the order shall be placed via our Contact Service.
You will be notified by email as soon as the product has been dispatched.
We do not charge our Customers for the delivery service within the Territory of the United Kingdom.
All orders for products addressed to the United Kingdom will be delivered within 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days, signed for delivery, once we have accepted your order.
Once your order has been processed, accepted and shipped, Niquesa will send you a “dispatch confirmation” email, containing a tracking number.
All shipments will be trackable and will be insured until they reach their destination. All shipments must be signed for, so please do ensure that someone will be available at your delivery address.
Delivery times are estimates and are depend on product's availability and payment clearance. Additional security checks, which can cause further delays, may need to be carried out.
In case of a failed delivery attempt, your package will not be left with an alternative person or delivery location. Instead, a re-attempt to deliver will be made by the shipping company. Repeated failed delivery attempts will result in the package being returned to Niquesa and the order cancelled.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF UK
Please contact our Customer Service on +44 (0)207 259 4650 to enquire about a delivery outside of the United Kingdom.
A delivery charge may be applied and delivery times may vary.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we would like to offer you a replacement or a full refund.
Before returning any product, please contact our Contact Service on +44 (0)207 259 4650 or to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and to quote your original order number. The RAN number must be written on your order invoice and included in the parcel being returned.
All products must be returned, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original sales invoice, to the below address:

We will refund the full cost of the products subject to the products being returned unworn and undamaged.
You will be liable for the returned products until they reach us, and we recommend you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature as a proof of receipt. Alternatively, you can bring your products to our Belgravia Atelier at the above-mentioned address in person with a proof of identity, such as a passport or a driving license.
Should you wish to have a replacement, please contact us. Please consider that replacements are subject to availability. Please also note that we will not be able to dispatch the new product until we have received your original return. Any difference between the prices of the products will be processed and refunded or charged accordingly.
Should a product display a manufacturing fault, please contact our Contact Service to return it. The product will be inspected and repaired where possible, and if classified as faulty we will fully refund the item including return shipping cost. Any damage classified to be a result of normal wear and tear will not be deemed as faulty.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on bespoke or engraved pieces.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Niquesa to ensure that the returned products satisfy the requirements set out in this Delivery and Returns Policy.
If the returned products do not satisfy our Quality Control (QC), Niquesa will not be able to proceed with a refund or a replacement and will send the Product back to the Consumer.
Refunds will be made within 30 days upon receipt of return and will be credited to the original purchaser's card. Refunds will include VAT for all the shipments addressed to European Union countries, but exclude delivery charge. International customs charges, duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.
