Terms & Conditions


These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and sale of products through www.niquesafinejewellery.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) or by phone via the customer contact service (hereinafter referred to as the “Contact Service”).

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Niquesa Jewellers Ltd (company number 07934690, registered office at The Old Butchery High Street, Twyford, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 1NH) (also referred to as “Niquesa”, “us” or “we”).

Niquesa offers its products to sale via the Website and the Contact Service exclusively to ends users (hereinafter referred to as “Consumers” or “you”), i.e. any individual who is acting for purposes non concerning his/her trade, business or profession. Therefore, Niquesa reserves the right to not process or confirm orders received from users who are not Consumers.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a Customer and will not deliver, sell or otherwise distribute products or purchase products for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.

Your orders can be placed both via the Website and via the Contact Service.

Our Website is solely for the delivery of our products to addresses located in the United Kingdom. Orders to be addressed outside the United Kingdom can be placed only through the Contact Service.


In order to place an order through the Website or the Contact Service, you will be required to register and create your online account, unless you select the “guest checkout” via our Website or via the Contact Service. In order to register, you will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information.

You are responsible for ensuring that your password and account login are kept secret, safe and secure at all times. Niquesa will not be responsible or liable for any misuse of your account resulting from third parties.

In order to place an order through the Website, you must fill out the online order form and submit it electronically to Niquesa following all the relevant instructions. By placing an order you are offering to purchase products subject to this terms and conditions.

When ordering by telephone through the Contact Service, a Niquesa’s staff member will follow the offer and order process on your behalf.

The order form will be filed in our database for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form by clicking on the section called “My account”.

Upon submission of an order form, you will receive an “Order number” email from us, acknowledging that we have received you order and your payment and containing the details and the information related to your order.No contract will exist between you and Niquesa unless and until we have accepted your order by sending you an e-mail after our standard checks, included the security ones.

Once the order is processed and accepted you will receive an “Invoice” e-mail from Niquesa.

Once the order is ready for the shipment, we will send you a “Shipment number” e-mail which confirms that your order is ready to be dispatched. This e-mail will also contain a tracking number.

Niquesa reserves the right to refuse your order when is not able to supply you with a product, for example because: (i) the product is not in stock or no longer available; (ii) the product was incorrectly priced on the Website; (iii) we cannot verify delivery or payment information you have supplied; (iv) the sum due from you cannot be debited for whatever reason; (v) we are unable to deliver the product to a specific location or destination address; (vi) any legal restrictions apply.

If your order is refused, Niquesa will inform you by email and we won’t process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.


All prices (inclusive of VAT) for products are set out in the Website and are expressed in United Kingdom GBP. If the Customer purchases a product in any other currency, currency exchange rates and credit card/bank charges may affect the amount billed to his account.

The Customer will be liable for the payment of any additional customs or import taxes and duties once one or more products have reached the destination country. Import taxes and duties will be automatically applied at the time of checkout. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust it, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.

Some of the products may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than our stated price, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.

Prices are subject to change. Niquesa reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any time and without prior notice.

Occasionally, Niquesa may offer a promotional discount which could apply to certain specified purchases made through the Website. We reserve the right to stop any promotional offers at our sole discretion.

Niquesa accepts payments with the debit and credit cards detailed in the Website. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them.

Payment must be received in full before an order can be dispatched.

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver all goods within the estimated delivery time provided.

However, delivery times are an estimate and may be affected by the time taken for credit approval, address verification, order processing and any other check. Orders may be subject to security checks which can cause delays in processing them. To complete the security checks we may need to contact you to carry this out. Further delays may be experienced if we are unable to reach you via the provided contact details.

Niquesa is not liable for any delays caused once the products have been dispatched and are in the possession of the courier.

Niquesa will insure each package during its time in transit. All packages will need to be signed for in person and the Customer is encouraged to provide a delivery address where he/her will be present during the day. If the provided address is a business address, the package will be delivered to the specified delivery place at the address and not necessarily directly to the customer. Once the package has been signed for, the responsibility of the products is transferred from Niquesa to the Customer.

If the package is shipped to an alternate address than the billing address, we may need some additional forms of identification and proof of address.


Niquesa guarantees that all gemstones originate from legitimate sources and ensures that our business is based on fair and transparent trading.
